Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and [TOURNAV LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("TourNav," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the TourNav website at mytournav.com, the TourNav application, and the alerts, content, and features we provide (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is designed for parents and legal guardians of junior golfers. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to create an account or use the Service. Children may not create accounts, and the Service is not directed to children. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. The Service

The TourNav Navigator plan includes: SMS and email alerts when junior golf tournament registration windows open or close; a tournament calendar covering United States junior golf associations; a score tracker supporting manual score entry and scorecard image uploads; and a bonus e-book in PDF format, The Definitive Parent’s Guide to Navigating Junior Golf.

It is essential that you understand what the Service is — and what it is not:

• TourNav is a notification service only. We do not register your golfer for tournaments, hold spots, submit entries, or take any action on your behalf with any tournament organizer. Registration is always your responsibility.
• TourNav is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the AJGA, US Kids Golf, the PGA of America, or any golf association, tour, or tournament organizer. All association and tournament names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the events themselves.
• Tournament data is gathered independently from public sources. Organizers can change dates, registration windows, eligibility rules, and venues at any time without notifying us. We work to keep our calendar accurate and timely, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any tournament information, and you should always verify details directly with the organizer before making plans or payments.

4. Accounts & Security

You may create an account with an email address and password or by signing in with Google. You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@mytournav.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe has been compromised while we work with you to secure it.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Price and renewal. The Navigator plan costs $129 per year. Your subscription begins when your payment is processed and renews automatically each year at the then-current annual price until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period: you keep access to the Service until that date, and you will not be charged again. Except as described in the guarantee below, fees already paid are non-refundable.

30-day money-back guarantee.If TourNav doesn’t send you at least one alert that saves you from missing a registration deadline in your first 30 days, we’ll refund every penny. To claim the guarantee, email support@mytournav.com within 30 days of your initial purchase. The guarantee applies to your first subscription term only, not to renewals.

Price changes. If we change the annual price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel before the renewal date and the change will not affect you.

6. SMS & Email Communications

By providing and verifying a phone number in your account, you consent to receive automated text messages from TourNav containing tournament registration alerts and related service notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with tournament activity in the states and tours you track. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your notification preferences in the dashboard. If you opt out of SMS, you may miss time-sensitive registration alerts — email alerts will continue per your preferences. We also send service emails (such as alerts, account notices, and billing notices) that are part of the Service itself.

7. Children’s Information

The Service allows you, as the account holder, to enter information about the junior golfers you track — such as a golfer’s name, date of birth, gender, skill level, USGA GHIN number, handicap index, home course, and primary tour, along with scores and scorecard images. By entering information about a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor and that you consent to our processing of that information as described in our Privacy Policy. You — not TourNav — decide what information to enter, and you can edit or delete it at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@mytournav.com. TourNav never collects information directly from children, and we use the information you provide only to personalize tournament matching and alerts.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically extract tournament data or other content from the Service, or resell, redistribute, or republish our alerts or calendar data to anyone outside your household;
• share your account credentials with, or allow use of your account by, anyone other than members of your immediate family;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the rights of others or interferes with the operation or security of the Service;
• attempt to probe, circumvent, or breach any security or authentication measure, or access data not intended for you.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, as described in Section 14.

9. E-Book License

Your subscription includes access to The Definitive Parent’s Guide to Navigating Junior Golf in PDF format. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the e-book for your own family’s use. You may not redistribute, sell, publish, or share the e-book, in whole or in part, with anyone outside your household.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, the TourNav name and marks, the curated tournament calendar, and the e-book — is owned by [TOURNAV LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license or ownership interest is transferred to you. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as scores and scorecard images); you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE"WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ALERTS WILL BE DELIVERED, OR DELIVERED ON TIME, OR THAT TOURNAMENT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. SMS AND EMAIL DELIVERY DEPEND ON THIRD-PARTY CARRIERS AND PROVIDERS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. MISSING A REGISTRATION DEADLINE — FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING A DELAYED, MISSED, OR INACCURATE ALERT — IS NOT TOURNAV’S RESPONSIBILITY BEYOND THE REFUND GUARANTEE DESCRIBED IN SECTION 5. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOURNAV AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST OPPORTUNITIES (INCLUDING MISSED TOURNAMENT ENTRIES), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID TO TOURNAV IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TourNav and its officers, employees, and contractors from and against claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of the representations you make in Section 7 regarding the minors whose information you enter.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 5. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms (including the Acceptable Use rules in Section 8), if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. If we terminate your account without cause, or discontinue the Service, we will refund the prorated unused portion of your current subscription term. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you end, but Sections 10 through 17 survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if you do not agree, you may cancel as described in Section 5.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [STATE], and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@mytournav.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.
